How long does it take for my package to arrive?

For domestic orders, allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive, though most will arrive sooner.  If you still have not received your package within 2 weeks of ordering, please contact info@vegasroyaltylv.com.  International orders can take longer, varying by country.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary depending on the size and weight of the package.  Generally shipping charges start at $10 for domestic orders, and go up from there.

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs/duties charges.  Vegas Royalty Group, LLC is not responsible for customs/duties charges, these costs are determined by your local customs office.  To find more information on your individual customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

What shipping method do you use?

Domestic orders are shipped through UPS Ground.  International orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.  Upgraded shipping is available at checkout. 

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

All domestic packages being shipped to a Nevada address are subject to the applicable state sales tax.  Domestic packages being shipped outside of Nevada are not subject to any sales tax.  For international customs/duties, please see above section: "What are the shipping charges?"
